Shipping

We offer free shipping on any orders over $60.  Our shipments originate from California and we currently ship to all 50 states and territories. 

Tracking

Once your order ships from our distribution center, you will receive confirmation of shipment along with your tracking information.

Returns

We will gladly accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are unhappy with your purchase.  For a full refund, items must be unopened and in the same condition of initial delivery. 

To ensure a complete refund, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Wild Heart Mushrooms is not responsible for shipping charges of returned orders.  To return your package, please contact us here.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we will inspect the product before crediting your account.  Refunds will be applied to the credit card used at purchase within 2-3 business days.  For damaged or defective products, please contact us immediately with details of the issue and photos where possible.
